Extra nodes created opening d3plot with Paraview

Hi there,

I have noticed that when I open a d3plot file in Paraview, the information window reports the same elements, but more nodes than there are in the mesh. Moreover, when I import two d3plots with the same exact mesh and different material parameters, none of the number of nodes match. Is anyone aware of the issue? Thanks in advance.
