Modeling a rigid lever in LS-Dyna

I am performing a Mixed-Mode bending test as shown in the image. Cohesive elements are present between the two surfaces. 

My question is how to model the lever in ls-Dyna

at One end of the lever, displacement is applied to move it downward. Therefore the middle part of the lever pushes the surface downwards and the other end of the lever moves upwards.
