Hi all.
I simulate rock drilling and drill fatigue analysis.
The drill is a deformable body and is the object of study.
The problem is the rotation of the drill. When starting to rotate, the drill experiences very strong stresses.
If I turn on only feed without rotation, there is no such problem, if only rotation or rotation + feed, then there is such an effect. This interferes with fatigue testing.
How can you eliminate strong stresses at the beginning when the drill starts to rotate?
Moreover, the highest stresses are at the place where the place (segment) of rotation is indicated:
Rotation occurs due to MOTION_SET_SRGMENT.

I tried to start the rotation smoothly, but it didn't help.
