I'm using ANSYS structural, I applied two forces of the same value on both sides of the plate and I had an error saying there isn't enough stress applied to prevent rigid body movement, but the body shouldn't move since there are two forces of the same value applied in two opposite directions (and I don't want to use the fixed support) what should I do? thank you!

Hello,

I am not sure if I understood correct. You are applying the same force on different and opposite sides of a plane. Would that not cause a free rotation motion?

Implicit solutions like static structural may not be the best decision here as there does not seem any constraints to prevent rigid body motion. Maybe you could try a boundary condition other than fixed support, like fixed rotation to the center of the plane?
