How to define multiple Mat erosion cards for different parts? Currently, one part with material (MAT ID 1) assigned to the MAT Erosion card. Whereas, i have multiple parts with various other material cards. In order to employ element erosion for multiple parts i was wondering if i could create more than 1 MAT Erosion cards.

I was using max principal stress as the failure criteria for all the material cards. And these each material have different max principal allowable values.

Any help will be appreciated,

Thank you

If I understand you correctly, you just need to make a new mat_add_erosion card using the by setting a new ID. You can do it manually or use the lil' button in the corner (In Prepost)

The attached size 3 picture squeezed into a size 0 snip is what I think you want. It is a model with 5 materials, two of which are unique mat erosion cards. And you can edit them by clicking on the numbers to the right of the erosion inputs.

@paulvazz, what @sbrrr said should work. The MID box will be the material ID (MID) that you want to add this set of erosion to.

Hope it worked out for you!
