Hi,
I find out how to used aerospace tool. I couldn't create rivet by fastener setups. Not seen rbe3 crush rbe3.. just red points are created. What is the cause of these red points?

1. Distance/Tolerance Issues:
Aerospace > Fastener > Settings - Check "Search Distance" - Adjust "Search Tolerance" - Verify "Min Edge Distance"
2. Surface Selection:
- Ensure both connecting surfaces are properly selected
- Verify surfaces are within connection distance
- Check for reversed normals on surfaces
3. Connection Setup:
Fastener Setup: 1. Select correct fastener type 2. Define proper diameter 3. Check "Auto Create" options 4. Verify "Connection Type": - RBE2 - RBE3 - CBAR - etc.
4. Common Fixes:
- Delete red points and try again with:
* Larger search distance
* Cleaned up geometry
* Proper surface normals
* Aligned meshes
