Hello everyone,

I'm trying to model an adhesive joint but in order to do so I need to ensure that the adhesive and the adherend are aligned properly. The only thing I have found so far regarding it is the command *Element_Solid_Ortho but I can't figure out how to use it. Can any one please assist?

Thanks in advance

Hi @syed2468

If you just want to check/modify the element alignment in LS-PrePost you can use Element Tool -> Element Editing -> Align. You should be able to check the element normal direction and element direction and be able to modify them if need be. Slide 55 on the powerpoint below should help.
