Hello,

I tried to manually calculate the contact time step (CTS) for a LS-DYNA model. However, the values I compute are not the same as the CTS reported in the LS-DYNA message file.

My questions are:

  1. How does LS-DYNA actually compute the CTS internally?

  2. Is there any official reference explaining this?
