@chickenandchips I am not religious about (g)Vim.
Find me an editor that can open large (~500MB to 1 GB) text files quickly and also lets you work with them (navigating, searching, replacing, code folding/highlighting, horizontal/vertical editing, saving, etc.) without getting bogged down for tens of seconds or worse and I will switch.
