Shell Element Formulations

So two different control cards are used for defaults for shell and solid elements (*Control_Shell, *Control_Solid). Both cards have an ESORT parameter which will "sort" triangular or tetrahedral elements into default element formulations if they are included in a hexahedral element formulation. In *Control_Shell, ESORT=1 will re-assign triangular elements to ELFORM=4 (C0 triangular shell). In *Control_Solid, ESORT=1 to 4 will re-assign triangular elements to ELFORM=10 and pentahedron elements to ELFORM=15.
