What may be the cause for "forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception - access violation" error? How can it be addressed?

@negativevolume I´m having the same issue, I´m trying to simulate a drop test, with delamination using TIEBREAK contact option 9. I used a simple model with 2 plies tied and worked fine but with 4 plies this issue appered...the time step also increased considerabilly, even with CONTROL TIME STEP. I´m new to LS-DYNA, could you help me look into my model?
