I encountered to this error message during ls-dyna running:

Error 20001 (STR+1)
input error found in structured input
reading material control card
line number 547 contains improperly formatted data
************************************* line# 547
This problem may be solved by using long=s option.

Please help me to solve it

I don't quite understand what you need help with. The message is self-explanatory. Check that line and may be a few more lines in the neighborhood and make sure they are formatted correctly. If you don't want to care for formatting, just separate the values with commas.

I finally found the reason. One of parts had lost it's MAT and SECTION properties.
