Error "severe (157): Program Exception - access violation"

Guys, I was having issues with the Severe (157) error in an SPH simulation on SMP (with the routines "SMP_NEIGHBOR" and "SPH3D" apparently having issues).  The model also didn't work in MPP but warned me that I needed to increase the number of nearest-neighbors in *CONTROL_SPH (NMNEIGH).  I increased that (350 in my case) and it worked fine.  I hope this helps anyone who is getting the Severe (157) error in LS-Dyna with SPH simulations.
