Hi,

I am trying to do a simple dam break SPH problem given in the lsdynaexamples. Now I wish to also model on top of the water column and study the effect of air on the overall results for comparison purposes.

Any way to define Node to Node contact in LS-DYNA? They have a very high density ratio. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Aditya

Hi @adityasreekumar

The SPH to SPH interaction is handle either with:
(a) automatically with CONT=0 under CONTROL_SPH or
(b) with CONT=1 under CONTROL_SPH and we use DEFINE_SPH_TO_SPH_COUPLING
