Hi All,
I am using the *Define_curve module in Ls-prepost to simulate a arbitrary loading. I get the following error message when running the analysis:
Error 20445 (STR+445)
repeated points in load curve 12 point number 2
Error 20444 (STR+444)
load curve 12 has vertical slope
Check that this curve is correct
Is there something I am missing or doing wrong?
Hi sir! Probably there are some points (specifically point number two) that are repeated with same value! Check the values of the points in define_curve card (where all the points are displayed) and delete one of the two points that is repeated!
@francesco-curzio Thanks for your suggestions. It solved the problem! Apparently, Ls-Prepost inserts an additional row of zeros whenever you import data to define curves.
